Thank you very much for experience. That's was really excellent stay, the bearded men was very helpful and kind. All staff trying to help and provide the best service as possible. Cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast are on high level. I will be back.

Poor Customer Service and Rude. The location is not even good ans amenities are not good. We booked from Agoda with confirmation of booking and payment receipt but the hotel said it was cancelled in their side, we show proof. We even spoke with the hotel representative night before the check in date and they didnt informed about the cancelled booking and they keep blaming Agoda and saying they dont have profile in agoda. First we didnt received email that it was cancelled. The front desk are rude. And insisting the booking are cancelled even we show booking confirmation ans proof it was paid. They are insisting to cancel the booking but non refundable and asking us to pay at the hotel. We booked infront of receptionist but still saying cancelled even we show that it was paid online and asking to pay in cash or card at the hotel. 3x that they were saying booking is cancelled when it was deducted to our account. We told them we will NOT pay again with cash or card and leave the hotel despits of telling them we have kids and they were very tired. Also they afe insisting to pay .. pay cash or card . They keep telling system issue. It already came from them that 3 of their guest having the same issue like us that in their system cancelled booking and no payment. So it means before us there are 3 ‘more guests experienced this issue. It was very bad ans poor experience and caused damaged and inconvenience for us especially we have kids.

We stayed for 5days with the family and elderly parents. We came a bit early so they offered us coffee and allowed us to rest in the common area while prepping our rooms. I super love the employees (though they don’t often smile 😊 ) but they are respectful and they will always find a way to help you. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. We love the common area concept, we have met and shared life stories with new friends. Location is very near to every where. We will definitely come back though I paid a bit extra vs the price in booking app, it’s Ok it’s all worth it..

On the website, when booking, the check-in time is written at 14:00. I arrived at 12:00. A man said that the room is not ready yet. I came again at 14:30. Two ladies at the reception told me that check-in is at 15:00. I showed the website and they said it was a lie. You have to wait until 15:00. I said ok. Ten minutes later, as soon as she noticed that I saw, she told me that she had accepted another person. You come too. I said it's not 15 yet. In general, there needs to be improvement in management. Many employees are disorganized and liars. Right now, while we are resting in the room, someone is doing repairs inside the room. It is funny but true.

My best hostel experience ever! The staff are polite, respectful & helpful. Kitchen and common area are well-designed and the breakfast was great to say the least. There were 3 local cooks who prepared the breakfast and cleaning staff work throughout the day to keep the place clean and tidy. They are pretty darn good at the business and I can't recommend the Kantar hostel enough. I almost forgot, the location is excellent as well, 5-7 minutes walk to republic square.
